We are exceedingly pleased to announce that the Chief Regulator of the Medical Licensing Commission and Provost , Royal College of Alternative Medicine , Professor Joseph Chikelue Obi FRCAM(Dublin), is to proceed on part-time study leave from September 2008 - July 2011 ; to enable him duly focus part of his learned attention on an Internationally - Accredited Doctor of Laws (LLD) Degree Course at a Top European University.
During this particular period , Professor Obi will still remain at the regulatory helm of both RCAM and the MLC.
